General Business Law. We provide advice and support in general areas of business law. We help clients address the general opportunities and challenges that they face in operating their businesses.

Mergers & Acquisitions. We assist clients with mergers and business acquisition and sale transactions.

Outside General Counsel Services. We recognize that many small and medium sized business do not require a full-time in-house counsel or simply choose not to have an in-house attorney on staff. However, day-to-day situations arise where these businesses may need the advice and support of a general business attorney. Jeff Pflaum spent much of his career acting as in-house corporate counsel and managing outside legal specialists as needed. Jeff is able to use his experience and insights from his prior role as in-house General Counsel to help small and medium sized businesses meet their day-to-day legal needs in a flexible and efficient manner.
