JEFF PFLAUM, J.D., M.B.A.

Jeff is a seasoned attorney and business executive. Jeff began his career practicing general business and corporate law in a larger Minneapolis law firm. He then transitioned to an in-house role as General Counsel of ADC Telecommunications, Inc. where he had general responsibility for all of ADC’s legal affairs worldwide and managing ADC’s in-house law department. In this role, Jeff worked closely with ADC’s senior business executives and Board of Directors.

His broad experience includes, corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, intellectual property licensing, litigation management, contract preparation and negotiation and general business law.

Jeff now focuses his legal practice in assisting small, emerging and medium sized businesses to achieve their objectives and address challenges. Jeff is a team player with a strong commitment to high standards of ethics and integrity in the practice of law and conduct of business.

Jeff received his law degree (J.D.), Magna Cum Laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to that, Jeff earned an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. With his experience working inside a business corporation and his business education, Jeff combines his legal knowledge with a solid understanding of business.
